LM Interiors would curate a designer look with furniture, accessories, art & more. This includes a carefully detailed Styling Package that is customized for your project that will showcase your Concept Board, 2D Floor Plan and 3D Renderings. After designing every aspect of the room, we come and install all your beautiful new pieces.
the process
By completing the initial inquiry form, LM Interiors would be in contact to set up a 1 hour in-home consultation to understand the scope of the project and to listen to any thoughts & ideas you may have.
Post Consultation, we begin creating your Proposal. Our Proposal will outline cost for materialistic items and design fees (potentially contractor fees depending on the scope). Once the Proposal is approved, we get started!
We start by sourcing items then creating Concept Boards & 2D Floor Plans of each area in the scope of work. This sets the overall mood/vision for the scope prior to completing the 3D drawings.
The 3D drawings will showcase almost exactly what your space will entail once completed. To ensure these drawings are the at most accurate, we work closely with our draftspeople, contractor, subtrades and/or builder (if applicable). This certifies proficiency and accuracy with every project. By communicating with our trades this allows for a smooth renovation/build as its one of the most important details when it comes to building your dreams.
Before work on site begins, LM Interiors holds a Design Presentation to review all aspects of your project. This includes but is not limited to inspiration photos, material selections, 2D & 3D drawings, and potentially more. By having an in person presentation, it allows you to see the full vision come together which will also include a video walk-through of the proposed design.
Once the Styling Package is approved; purchasing, ordering, tracking, and scheduling all items, as well completing site visits as needed will ensure that the project is running on time and is being executed accordingly. Majority of styling items ordered will be held in our care until Install Day. This will allow our team to properly manage all items and to overlook all orders arriving.
Install Day ✨ this is a day we all anticipate! We will arrange a date & time with you to transform your home to look like your 3D renderings!
Lastly, we present the completed space to you.
